Our goal is to deliver tailored solutions to meet your business needs and improve your digital presence.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and current information during the consultation and project phase. You are responsible for ensuring that any information provided to Webuilders, including login credentials, is correct and up to date.
Payments and Refunds
Payments for our services are handled through Stripe or PayPal. We require a 50% payment upfront before starting the project, and the remaining 50% upon completion. Once the project has been approved by the client and work begins, no refunds will be provided.
Project Approval Process
Before any work begins, Webuilders will present a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, design, and development plan. Once the client approves the proposal, work will proceed, and no further changes can be made without additional costs.
Account Management
Webuilders does not require account registration. If you are interested in our services, you can submit your contact information via our online forms. We will get in touch with you via the provided email address to discuss your project needs.
Content and Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the website design, code, and content is fully transferred to the client. Webuilders retains no rights over the website once the project is completed and paid for. Clients may request updates during the 2-month support period, during which they will need to provide us with access credentials (e.g., WordPress login) to implement the requested changes.
Third-Party Services
Webuilders uses third-party payment processors, such as Stripe and PayPal, for handling transactions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these services. Please refer to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party providers.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms and Conditions are violated. Any outstanding payments must still be settled in the event of termination.
Limitation of Liability
Webuilders is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

You agree to indemnify and hold Webuilders harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services, or your violation of these terms.
